|Recommended: YesPretty Decent Place To Live — I've lived here for almost 4 years now. I like it. The staff ownership has changed since I first moved here, but they're pretty easy to work with. Maintenance is great, unless your issue happens on a weekend or holiday, then you can forget about it. Unfortunately a downside is being able to hear my upstairs neighbors quiet easily. Overall I do enjoy living here and would have recommended to friends.
|Recommended: NoNoisy Neighbors Go Unchecked — Overall property is decent but the tendency for neighbors to gather outside at ridiculous hours makes it not worth it. Forgetting the issue throughout several management teams the farthest any have gone to address this issue is a simply throw away flyer.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartments For The Area — I like these apartments the area is nice and the office staff is nice also. I don't like that they don't have washer and dryer connections inside the apartment but there is one on site actually two washeterias on site. The only problem I have is the roach issue. No matter how much pest control comes out I feel if everyone doesn't get it treated the problem will persist.
